Screens are generally run at 65 lpi. Screen percentages perform the best when run at 40% or less. Halftones can print well depending upon the quality of the original and of the digital scan. Avoid duotones, tritones and graduated screens as they do not print well. |

It is best to design your artwork using spot colors rather than building those colors out of process colors. At this time we do not print 4-color process in flexography. |

Avoid large solids and screens of the same ink color. If possible add another color to the design (a lighter color) so that we may print it as a solid. You will receive a much higher quality printed envelope. Please keep in mind that there is a 4-color limit. |
